How STRUGAB works
- Draw or importTrace the outline, columns, walls and openings, or start from a DXF file.
- Set your rulesCode (Eurocode 2 or BAEL), materials, loads, concrete covers, available bar diameters: everything is set per project.
- Run the designSTRUGAB sizes the floor, then improves it step by step: it thickens, reinforces or lightens where a check requires it, and shows you every move.
- Check and export the floor's construction drawingsUtilisation map, deflections, punching shear support by support; then a dimensioned formwork drawing with grid lines, a complete reinforcement drawing, fully reinforced column-head drawings and rib drawings — with the design report, quantity take-off, bar schedule and DXF export.
What is checked, and what is not
STRUGAB applies Eurocode 2 (bending, shear, punching shear, deflection, serviceability stresses) or BAEL, as chosen for the project. Topics it does not calculate are stated as such in the application, never left unsaid.
